Fully professional care during post op stay at the clinic. Dr Walerzak did some miracles on my jaws which look very promising, can’t wait to see the final result. I did feel fully understood, all my questions were answered and the doctor was always at my disposal in case of any questions or doubts despite being super busy. Highly recommend. I have been a patient for almost three years so far.
From the outside clinic looks professional and promising. Great first impression. However, I did not feel good during the first consultation with dr. Konrad Walerzak. Everyone can have a bad day, however in my view there lacked human empathy and individual approach. Everytime I asked a question I could feel dr’s impatience. I am not a dumb person, but I felt like one. Unfortunately, I am afraid that he stresses more quantity over quality. I do not doubt the expertise or knowledge of dr Korad Walerzak, however I demand a sincere care from a doctor. Especially if it is a commitment for many months/years. I sincerely hope doctor reads it and reflects on his approach.
Starting from consultations and diagnoses to a number of procedures preparing for surgery - dental treatment, corticotomies, orthodontic treatment, searching for defect factors, redirecting to specialists in other fields, and the sense of aesthetics of Face Clinic is unrivaled. This is probably why the preparation for the operation took much less time than initially expected.
There was never a problem if I had a slight delay in the time of my appointment, and I traveled over 350 km.
The surgery itself and postoperative care were fully professional. Constant telephone contact from Dr. Walerzak, I have very warm memories of several days of post-procedure check-ups (even though the doctor is a bit cold in the initial contact, but let's not forget that the doctor is supposed to be competent and not friendly 🙈🙉).
My nightmare in the form of the biggest complex was irreversibly averted.
I recommend him to anyone who is faced with the decision of choosing a place for preparation for surgery (everything comprehensive), and above all, the operator.
In September 2023, I had bimaxillary surgery at Face-Clinic (defect: progenia, asymmetry, operated by Dr. Konrad Walerzak). The procedure went perfectly, the bite is perfect (the orthodontist is delighted), and the effect on the face is simply wow. The care at the clinic is at the highest level and the conditions are great - you can really relax after the surgery. I would especially like to thank Dr. Konrad Walerzak and Dr. Marcin Kołaczowi - I hope all doctors present such professionalism and commitment. I would like to thank the nurses (especially Mrs. Małgosia, who took care of me immediately after the surgery) - throughout my stay, you made sure to minimize any discomfort associated with the procedure, thanks to you, I did not miss anything for a moment. I would like to thank Mrs. Ania from the reception for exhaustively and immediately answering all my questions 😉 and to Mr. Mareczek, who bought plant milk especially for me 😉. I have been a patient of an excellent dentist and oral surgeon for years. He scared me a bit when he said that he would not perform the maxillary sinus lift procedure for me and recommended me to two doctors who had the highest qualifications for such a procedure. Dr. Konrad Walerzak was one of them. I had to wait for an appointment at the Face-Clinic, but it was worth it. Doctor Konrad Walerzak turned out to be not only a professional and very competent high-class specialist, but also a passionate, committed and empathetic person, a person with high personal culture. During the treatment, I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Marcin Birnbaum, Dr. Ewa Markowska and Dr. Anastazja Skąpska. These are fantastic and competent doctors who have a very good approach to patients. The clinic is well-equipped, touchless door opening systems ensure the health of patients and employees, and the staff's approach indicates that patients are treated with respect and attention. I definitely recommend Face-Clinic, and I consider it a blessing that I found Dr. Konrad Walerzak.
